Product: 电商采集大师 (E-Commerce Scraper), a Chrome / Microsoft Edge extension.

1. What we process

• Page data (only when you click to collect): publicly available product information on the page you are viewing (title, price, sales, SKU specs, parameters, main/SKU/detail images, reviews and Q&A). Stored locally only unless you explicitly use Cloud Data Sync.
• Local settings and history: collection templates, history, download settings, price-monitor list, theme. Local only.
• Device identifier and license data: a randomly generated device id, the activation code you enter, plan and expiry. Sent to our licensing server facailo.xyz solely to verify the license and bind it to your devices. Your collected data is not stored there.
• Cloud Data Sync (user-initiated): the collection results you choose to upload are stored on facailo.xyz so you can retrieve them on another device; you can delete individual cloud files at any time in the panel.
• BI webhook (user-configured): if you configure your own webhook URL, results are sent there; nothing is sent when unconfigured.
• We do not collect: browsing history, passwords, payment details, contacts, location, clipboard content, or data from other websites/extensions.

2. How we use it

• Collected data is processed locally for your own analysis, comparison and export.
• Device id + activation code are used only for license verification, device binding and expiry checks.
• Cloud sync exists only to let you retrieve your own data across devices.
• Keyword/negative-review statistics are computed locally; we do not send your review content to third-party AI services.

3. Sharing

• We never sell, rent or share your data with third parties; no ads and no user profiling.
• The extension contacts servers only in three cases: license activation/verification (facailo.xyz), the user-initiated Cloud Data Sync (facailo.xyz), and a webhook you configured yourself.
• Payments happen on a third-party card-code platform; neither the extension nor our server receives your bank or payment credentials.

4. Permissions

The extension requests activeTab, scripting, storage, unlimitedStorage, downloads, notifications, contextMenus, clipboardWrite, alarms, offscreen, declarativeNetRequest plus host permissions for supported e-commerce sites and for our own server facailo.xyz. Each is used only for the feature described in the Chinese section above (panel injection and data extraction, local storage, saving files you export, reminders, scheduled monitoring, generating large files off-screen, fixing image hotlink protection, and license verification / cloud sync).

5. Storage, retention, deletion

• Local: clear history in the panel, or clear extension data / uninstall the extension.
• Cloud (only if you used Cloud Data Sync): delete individual files in the panel, or email us to delete all cloud files tied to your activation code.
• License records: kept for license validity and anti-abuse purposes; you may email us to request deletion.

6. Security

Collection and file generation run locally in your browser; communication with our server uses HTTPS; license verification uses server-side signing with client-side signature verification. No system can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

7. Children

This extension is intended for e-commerce professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect children's personal information.
